Website Developer for Delhi NCR Businesses

I work with companies in Delhi, Noida and Gurugram, remotely from Narnaul. You deal with one person who plans, builds and looks after your website or web app, and you see progress every week.

Remote-first process

How a project runs without anyone commuting

Distance doesn't slow a website project down. Unclear decisions do. This process keeps decisions small, written down and quick to make.
  1. 01

    Video call

    30 minutes

We go through your business, the goal of the site and any deadlines. Share your screen and show me what isn't working today.

  2. 02

    Written scope and fixed quote

    Within a few days

Pages, features, timeline, price and payment terms in one document. Your team can review it before anything starts.

  3. 03

    Shared preview link

    Throughout the build

A private link that updates as I work. You and your colleagues comment from your own phones and laptops.

  4. 04

    Updates on WhatsApp

    Every week

A short note on what's done, what's next and anything I need from you. Calls when a decision needs talking through.

  5. 05

    Launch and handover

    Launch week

We go live on your domain. You get the code, every login and a short guide, all in your company's name.

If a meeting in person will help, for example a kickoff for a larger web app, I can come to your office in Gurugram, Delhi or Noida.

When you can expect to hear back

Messages and email

I reply within one working day. Working hours are Mon–Sat, 10:00–19:00 IST.

During a project

A weekly WhatsApp update without you having to ask, plus a call whenever a decision needs one.

If something breaks

Message me on WhatsApp with a screenshot. If I can't look at it the same day, I'll tell you when I can, rather than leave you guessing.

An honest comparison

Working with me, or with a large agency

Agencies are the right choice for some projects. Here is a fair comparison so you can decide which fits yours.

Who you talk to

Working with me
The person who designs and builds your site, from the first call to launch.
Large agency
Usually an account manager, who passes your feedback to designers and developers.

Cost structure

Working with me
You pay for the work. No office, sales team or account management overhead in the price.
Large agency
The price covers a larger team and its overheads. Often higher, sometimes with retainers.

Speed of changes

Working with me
Small changes can happen the same day, since there is no hand-off between people.
Large agency
Changes go through a queue and a project manager, which takes longer but is well tracked.

Range of skills

Working with me
Design, development, speed, SEO basics and AI features. Not branding, ads or video.
Large agency
Better here. Designers, copywriters, ad specialists and developers under one roof.

Capacity and cover

Working with me
One person, so a limited number of projects at a time. Leave is planned and shared in advance.
Large agency
Better here. Several people can work in parallel, and someone covers if a person is away.

Paperwork and process

Working with me
A clear written scope, NDA if needed, and invoices. Simple, but not enterprise procurement.
Large agency
Better for large companies that need vendor onboarding, formal reports and multiple contracts.

Choose an agency if

you need branding, ads, social media and the website handled together, you have a very large build that needs several developers at once, or your company requires formal vendor processes.

I'm a good fit if

you want a fast, well-built website or web app, you prefer talking directly to the person doing the work, and you value clear scope and price over a large team.

Who I work with

NCR businesses I'm most useful to

  • Financial-services firms

Calm, careful sites with the disclosure pages your registration requires, a privacy policy and proper security headers.

  • Clinics and diagnostic centres

Doctor and service pages patients can follow, and enquiry forms that reach the front desk.

  • Startups and product teams

Dashboards, internal tools and AI features in Next.js, Node.js or FastAPI, built to hand over to your own team later.

  • Brands and retailers

Shopify and custom stores that load fast on phones, plus migrations off slow page-builder sites.

FAQ

Questions from NCR companies

Will we ever meet in person?

If it helps, yes. A kickoff meeting in Gurugram, Delhi or Noida can be useful for a larger web app. For most websites, video calls and a shared preview link work just as well and keep the project moving faster.

Can you sign an NDA and work with our compliance team?

Yes. I am happy to sign a reasonable NDA before we discuss details. For regulated businesses, such as investment advisers or clinics, I can share the page plan and wording with your compliance team for review before anything goes live.

What happens if you are unavailable?

This is the real limit of working with one person, so I plan for it. Your code, hosting and logins are in your name, the project is documented, and any planned leave is shared in advance. If you need guaranteed cover at all hours, an agency or an in-house team is a better fit.

Can you work on our existing codebase or with our in-house team?

Yes. I can join an existing Next.js, React or Node.js project, review it first and agree the scope with your team. I work through your Git repository and follow your review process.

Can you host on our company's cloud account?

Yes. If you already use a cloud provider, I can deploy there under your account and your billing. If not, I suggest a simpler host that fits the size of the site.

Tell me about your project

A few lines are enough: your company, what you need and any deadline. I'll reply with questions, a rough timeline and a suggested next step.

I reply within one working day.
